After all six of Mark’s clients who brought their cases before a jury were acquitted of every charge in 2024, the Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers awarded Mark with its 2025 Champion of Justice award. Of these six clients, three were charged with sexual assault, one with premeditated murder, and two with multiple counts of felony assaults.
