Tom Bath was among the speakers at a Continuing Legal Education event, “Electronic Evidence: Where to Get It, How to Use It,” on October 22.
The seminar was created by the Missouri Chapter of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the Legal Aid of Western Missouri – Volunteer Attorney Project to thank lawyers who serve those in need.
Bath, a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, spoke on the broad scope of information available from computers, mobile devices, iPads and tablets, wearables, home digital devices like Alexa, surveillance cameras, text messages and more.
